• For hardware and connection issues, we recommend the first point of contact being the equipment dealer or manufacturer and/or cellular data provider. We have very limited knowledge of the specific GNSS equipment models being used in the field and their unique configuration settings. Most dealers throughout the state should have sufficient experience with our system to assist you with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
