Abstracts - emergency jobs

Abstracts (bid tabulation summaries) contain a list of all pay items on a project and what each contractor bid for each item. They cannot be posted until after the contract has been awarded. Because there have been three Spec Books (MnDOT's Standard Specifications For Construction) in effect in the last 15 years and because of "Special Items" used on specific projects, the user should be cautious when attempting to relate data for Items and Item Numbers from one project to another.
