Summary

Study of Hwy 169 in Chisholm to evaluate the existing corridor, conduct traffic analysis and determine alternatives to enhance safety throughout the corridor.

The five intersections being studied include

  • Highway 169/Highway 73
  • Highway 169/Iron World Drive
  • Highway 169/West Drive
  • Highway 169/Access Road
  • Highway 169/4th Avenue

The goals of this study are to determine any intersection improvements that could be implemented to enhance the safety of road users, improve pedestrian and bicyclist access on both sides of the highway and facilitate efficient movement through the corridor.

Public meetings

MnDOT hosted a hybrid public meeting on Thursday, Oct. 13, to discuss proposed alternative intersection improvements at Chisholm. A recording of the meeting is below.
