Project details
The Minnesota Department of Transportation has reconstructed and expanded the parking lot at Burgen Lake Rest Area on westbound Interstate 94 east of Alexandria. The rest area has been reopened to all travelers. In 2025, work is scheduled to begin on the building and the rest area will close again during construction.
