Public meeting
The public is invited to attend an in-person information meeting about the project.
Date: Wednesday, March 27
Time: 5-7 p.m.
Location: Austin Public Library, 323 4th Ave. NE, Austin, MN
There is not a formal presentation. People may arrive at any time to learn, ask questions and sign up for updates.
People unable to attend the in-person event will be able to review information and displays from the meeting afterward on the project website and provide comments on the plans.
MnDOT invites and encourages participation by all. If you need an ASL, foreign language interpreter, or other reasonable accommodation, or need documents in an alternative format (such as braille or large print), please email your request to Janet Miller at ADArequest.dot@state.mn.us or call 651-366-4720.
Jan. 31 open house information
A public open house was held Jan. 31, 2023 at the Austin Public Library to show the bridge design plans and the proposed construction timelines for the construction project. You can view the display boards that were used at the event and a summary of engagement efforts.
