About this project
This project includes the replacement of the box culvert under Hwy 19, approximately 0.1 miles east of Winthrop, as well as short section of pavement reconstruction.
Summary of work
- Replace bridge (box culvert)
- Improve storm sewer
- Remove guardrail at the box culvert
