Traffic impacts
- Aug. 8 - Sept. 20: Hwy 23 down to one lane from 171st St (near Holland) to Hwy 14 (near Florence).
- A flagging operation and pilot car will direct traffic through the work zone.
- Allow extra travel time, use caution, expect delays.
- Florence culvert detour: Detour has been lifted.
- Pipestone bridge detour: Detour has been lifted.
Project update
Nov. 12, 2024
- Detour has been removed and bridge reopened.
- Crews are completing clean up and punch list items. Some punch list items will be completed in Spring 2025.
